Bad effects of drinking excess Tea
1. Drinking tea which is kept more than half an hour can cause indigestion in you.
2. Drinking tea that is too hot may increase your risk of developing Oesophagal cancer.
3. Excess drinking of tea results in increased risk of developing prostate cancer.
4. It contains caffeine. Side effects of excess caffeine consumption include insomnia, increased heart rate, depression, anxiety, and many more.
Keep these things in mind while preparing Tea
Do not boil tea leaves, milk and sugar together while making tea. Boil water first then insert the tea leaves, finally add milk. Always boil the tea water at once. Boiling tea for more than three minutes decreases the oxygen content in water. Thus, the teste of the tea becomes bad. Always put tea leaves in boiling water. This makes both color and flavor of tea good.
