Oil Massage

First take 2 tablespoon of Coconut oil in that add 2 tablespoon of Olive oil. Now mix both the ingredients well. Now apply it on your scalp and massage it for 5 minutes and than apply it all over your hair (from the roots till the tip of your hair), leave it for 1 hour and lastly wash it with the mild shampoo. For better result repeat this process twice a week. Coconut oil will help to make your hair long, thick and strong. Coconut oil has essential nutrients, including laric acid, which helps to improve the overall health of the hair. Olive oil helps to make the hair super silky. Both coconut and olive oil repairs the rough and damage hair.

Hair Mask

First take a mixing jar, add half chopped ripe Banana, 1 Egg white and half cup of Raw Milk, now blend this and make a smooth paste. Apply this hair mask on your scalp and on your hair (from the roots till the tip of your hair), leave it for 30 minutes and than wash it with the mild shampoo. For better result apply this hair mask twice a week. Eggs are rich in proteins, sulfur and biotin and therefore they are very essential for healthy and strong hair. Banana is rich in vitamins, calcium, potassium and carbohydrate, which helps in the overall nutrition of the hair. Raw milk makes the hair soft. This hair pack will help you to get rid of dandruff, rough and damage hair. This will make your hair strong, healthy, soft and silky.
