We normally sit under the direct sun to feel warm during winter season. But we forget that winter sun rays can also affect our skin. It can cause blackness and tan on our face and body. During winter season our skin becomes dry and it is very important to protect our skin from dryness.

Sea Salt Scrub For Face & Body

Scrubbing your face and body helps to remove dead cells from the skin. It will help to get rid of sun tan and blackness from the skin effectively. It will also make the skin soft and supple. First take 2 tablespoon of Sea Salt in that add 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil, add few drops of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients nicely and keep it aside for 20 minutes. After that wet your face and body in the shower then gently scrub it in a small circular motion. Wash it with the normal water, pat dry and apply a good moisturizer. Repeat this process thrice a week for best result.

Face Mask to get rid of Sun Tan and Blackness from face & Neck

Take 1 tablespoon of fresh Aloe Vera Gel in that add 1 Tablespoon of Honey and lastly add 1 tablespoon of Cucumber paste. Mix all the ingredients nicely. After scrubbing apply a thick layer of the face mask on your face and neck, leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with the normal water and apply a good moisturizer. First scrub your face and neck and then apply the face mask. Repeat this process thrice a week. This face mask will help to get rid of sun tan, dark patches, dark spots and blackness from face and neck. It will also hydrate and moisturize your skin naturally.

Moisturize your skin often

During winter it is very important to moisturize our skin as often possible. It is advisable to use oil based moisturizer during winters over water based one. Oil based moisturizer will help to retain more moisture on the skin. Moisturizing our skin will help to protect our skin from dryness.
